    1. 1-Year Warranty Coverage

    All products come with a 1-year official warranty. Within 12 months from the date of order receipt, products with manufacturing defects or non-human-induced technical failures are eligible for free warranty service, giving you complete peace of mind.

    Warranty Exclusions

    The following circumstances are NOT covered under the free warranty:

    1. Damage caused by human factors, including drops, impacts, water exposure, liquid corrosion, external extrusion, etc.;
    2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, product modification, or repair performed by non-official service providers;
    3. Malfunctions caused by improper operation against the user manual, or use of non-original accessories;
    4. Normal wear and tear, including interface abrasion, natural appearance aging, consumable deterioration, etc.;
    5. Damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, or rough logistics handling without on-site proof upon delivery.

    2. Consolidated Shipping Policy

    All orders are shipped via international consolidated shipping by default. Goods are packed in unified shipments with all customs duties and taxes pre-paid. After destination customs clearance, local postal services or authorized carriers will complete the last-mile delivery.

    You are not required to handle complicated customs procedures or pay any additional fees. The amount displayed at checkout is the final all-in delivered price, with zero hidden charges.

    If there is no valid tracking update within 35 days from the date the tracking number is issued, we will arrange a free replacement of the relevant item after confirming the loss with our logistics carrier. Should the original package arrive after the replacement has been dispatched, please cooperate in returning the replacement, or contact our customer service to discuss a follow-up resolution.

    3. Dedicated Technical Support

    Our professional customer service and technical team provides full-process support, including product setup, troubleshooting, usage guidance and routine maintenance advice, to help you get the optimal user experience.

    4. Return & Refund Policy

    Due to the complex procedures and high costs of international cross-border logistics, we currently do not accept unconditional returns or full refund requests for orders placed on this site.

    This policy is designed to avoid additional delivery delays, customs disputes and unnecessary logistics costs for our customers. If your product has manufacturing defects or technical malfunctions, you may contact customer service for comprehensive after-sales support, including technical guidance, replacement parts and free warranty repair services.

    5. Warranty Claim Procedure

    Within 1 year from the date of receipt, if the product has non-human-caused quality issues, please contact our official customer service to describe the fault symptoms, usage scenarios and connected devices. Photos or videos of the fault are highly recommended to help our after-sales team quickly identify the problem and improve processing efficiency.

    After verification that the issue is a non-human-caused quality defect, we will provide two solutions based on the fault condition:

    1. Replacement parts shipment: For user-replaceable components, we will directly send you brand-new replacement parts;
    2. Return for repair: For products requiring full-unit repair, please send the product to our after-sales warehouse in Hong Kong, China. We will ship the product back to you after repair is completed.

    Timeline & Cost Statement

    • Repair timeline: After receiving the returned product, we will complete inspection and repair, and arrange shipment back within 5–7 business days;
    • Cost bearing: Repair service fees and the international return shipping fee after repair will be borne by us. You only need to cover the outbound shipping cost of sending the product to our Hong Kong warehouse, as well as local export duties and customs-related fees incurred during the shipment.
